ANSAN UNIVERSITY

CIEC Education Center facilitated the partnership between Ansan University and Cebu Doctors’ University for their student exchange program, Wellness Seminar, and Hospital Duty. This partnership is to recognize their common interest for cultural enrichment, scientific progress, and the consolidation of friendship between countries. The student exchange program allows the Cebu Doctors’ University students to Korea for 1 week to join the Wellness seminar and workshop which allowed them to collaborate with research to improve health and wellness.

Ansan University sent 12 Physical Therapy Students to Cebu Doctors’ University last January 21, 2019 to February 8, 2019 for the completion of their special study program with clinical duties in different areas in Cebu. Cebu Ivy Education Center assisted the students with their English studies in order to prepare them with the different cultures and hospital standards for successful assimilation between two universities. CIEC continued to facilitate them with their weekend activities and hospital duties to accomplish a fruitful visit and studies.

The continuous support of CDU President, Dr. Philip Anthony S. Larrazabal, the vice president, Engr. Oscar A. Tuason, the College of Nursing Dean, Mr. Rommel P. Merioles, and the CIEC CEO, Mr. Bruce Shin, made the program and
partnership successful.
